味は全体的に粉っぽい印象があり、個人的にはホエイのがうまいです。

栄養成分は減量目的の方にはピカイチで最強です。

ただ、私は味がどうしても好きになれず、唯一完食できなかった。(笑)
しかし2位にしたのはそれでも成分的には断トツだったからだ。
私も仕事でスーツを着るので太くしすぎたくないのだ。
